Breakfast: Options wasn't the biggest I've seen, but it is delicious. Room: Stayed at the Panaroma Suite. Size of the room is ginormous. Bed was very comfortable. No sewage smell from the toilet (some old hotels in Bangkok has that) Food: Tried their Pad Krapow and Pad Thai (room service delivery from Cafe at Lvl1), both were very delicious! Location: A little walking distance towards the nearest BTS (Phrom Phong and Asoke), but not too tiring. Traffic jams are bad but to be expected. Has complimentary tuk-tuk service to take you anywhere nearby.

I will definitely come back to S31 Sukhumvit. The service from concierge to reception and the cleaners are super nice. They are all very attentive and accomodating. The concierge, when you arrive from a long day tour outside is always ready by the door with a big smile and to help you with your things. The whole room size is big, the toilet and bath are clean and has enough room, unlike other hotels who has a very small toilet and bath. Breakfast has a lot of options and delicious. Thank you S31 Sukhumvit and the whole team. I hope you will continue to serve with excellence. Will see you soon.

Older hotel but in excellent condition with a fantastic staff and lots of cool extras like a full gym and pool in the sun. Also has a steam room and sauna in the locker room on the 9th floor. I booked a 2 floor suite on both stays and it was so quiet. The bed was bigger then my California King and I had the best nights sleep the days I stayed there. Will definitely come again! I stayed twice like 2 weeks apart and in my second arrival the doorman remembered me and said “welcome home”. They also let me check in early without any fuss. The hotel S31 is right across the street from a new mall EMSPHERE with a massive food court with excellent food and upscale shopping.

Location is very good, near Emporium and other malls and near to Phrom Phong train station. Breakfast is fine for any kind of palate, with many choices. Room is spacious and bed is very wide. Nice gym, with good machines and even a boxing ring.

Very VERY friendly staff ! the management upgraded us to a bigger suite without even asking. Do not expect a luxurious stay as the hotel is not so new but the whole experience was nice and calm. It is Directly facing Emsphere mall (newest mall in Bangkok) and 5 min walk to the metro station. The hotel is located in the busiest area (Sukhumvit) where you can find everything. The room is clean, spacious and has everything you need. As for the breakfast, i can say it's "good" in terms of variety and taste. I recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent very close to the BTS and nightlife within walking distance. Some noise from the constant traffic, but hey that’s the beauty of Bangkok… Breakfast was amazing with so much selection. Room was big enough and bed was super comfortable. As with everywhere in Thailand, staff were so friendly and helpful. Coming from ‘third world’ Britain it was breath of fresh air.

Excellent service and comfortable rooms. Friendly reception with baggage taken directly to the room. Great views over the shopping centre. Bathtubs in rooms are a nice touch.

Close by my favorite Sushi restaurant Isao and wine connection ☺️ Breakfast not bad at all... Lobby at 8th floor really nice. Didn't try the see thru pool that look super great...

Location is wonderful for this area, Close to BTS sky train. Walkable to the malls. Actually it is 2 big modern mall closed by, one just across the street and another just 5mins walk. Room is modern , nice and clean. Staff are friendly and nice!
